We manufacture the CALTREX™ range of high performance alloys based on PEEK. Utilising novel DCMS manufacturing systems these materials combine suitability for aggressive conditions with none of the inherent moulding stresses normally found in injection moulded materials.

Using precision CNC machining techniques, we manufacture a range of seals and back-up rings for use in on-shore and off-shore pipeline safety & control systems. These components are manufactured from a wide range of fluoropolymers and other high performance engineering plastics including PTFE, Ryton PPS and PEEK.
